Richard Carlton: Associate Director, DTG Testing

Richard manages DTG Testing’s Test Development and Testing Services departments with responsibility for customer relationship management, technical integrity, testing efficiency, liaison with trade mark licensors and the integration of new projects into DTG Testing’s existing systems.

Ranjeet Kaur: Head of Product Testing

Ranjeet Kaur is responsible for the smooth running of DTG Testing’s product testing process, supporting and mentoring the conformance teams and dealing with technical enquiries from clients.

Ian Medland: Head of Technical Development

Ian leads DTG Testing’s test suite development team, overseeing technical architecture and project design and management, ensuring delivery to specification, deadline and budget.

Inder Singh: Head of Technical Services

Inder is responsible for the technical quality of testing operations, including the qualification of staff, the appropriateness and calibration of necessary equipment and the organisation’s document, records and data management and control systems as well as reviewing the quality of test reports issued to clients and the fitness for purpose of all testing activities undertaken.

Ewa Tracz: Client Services Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover)

As Client Services Co-ordinator Ewa manages the flow of bookings through the test centre including communicating with clients, job scheduling and key administration activities as well as managing the sales of product licences to customers.
