DTG Testing UKAS Accreditation Renewed

DTG Testing has successfully renewed its United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accreditation for D-Book (for “Freeview HD”), Freesat (DVB-S/DVB-S2), LTE Filter and DAB Digital radio certification mark (“tick mark”) conformance testing.

We are pleased to announce the addition of new RED test services to our UKAS ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accreditation. Following on from our successful accreditation for DTT and radio receiver testing against RED requirements in early 2017, DTG Testing has now added active antenna, amplifier and satellite receiver RED testing. DTG Testing is now UKAS accredited testing laboratory, No. 4511, to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 for offering testing against the new ETSI requirements set out below:

• EN 303 340 – Broadcast TV receivers
• EN 303 345 – Broadcast radio receivers
• EN 303 354 – Amplifiers and active antennas
• EN 303 372 (part 2) – Satellite receivers (indoor)

As a reflection of the wide range of RED services that DTG Testing offers, it is now a member of the RED Conformance Association which is a forum for testing and manufacturing organisations as well as Notified Bodies, who are involved in the compliance of radio equipment. This helps to ensure DTG Testing is continually involved in the development and updates of the directive and associated standards.

To book RED test services or to find out more, please contact customerservices@dtg.org.uk or visit the DTG Testing website.
